Doing Recycling During Epidemic Prevention
After being closed for three months since the COVID-19 outbreak, Tzu Chi Recycling Education Center in Penang, Malaysia, finally reopened on July 1st. The recyclables were dropped off in large quantities, resulting in manpower shortage. Despite having to maintain social distance, the volunteers are unwavering in their recycling effort.
