Tzu Chi Volunteers help post-flood clean up

Nearly a week after the worst flooding in a century hit areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, many homes in the hardest hit areas were still immersed in water. On Christmas Eve, helpless victims received a Christmas gift which is Tzu Chi volunteers in blue and white uniforms came to clean their homes, which made some victims cry with joy.
